Created in 2015, the Wisconsin Progress Institute exists to empower Wisconsin’s locally elected leaders with the tools, training, and support they need to be effective, values-driven public servants. Through nonpartisan education, policy development, mentorship, and leadership development, we help local electeds run effective board meetings, organize with their communities, and advance bold, progressive policies that improve people’s lives.
